Let us see how we can launch the SAP transaction code using the Transaction Launcher.
There is one time setup in the CRM system for the BOR Object Creation Please Click Here.
Let us launch a BP transaction from the CRM system.
System Setup:
Make sure you have your system defined in CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS.
You need to give your ITS client and the URL for ITS as follows.
http://<yourSAPcrmserver>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CRM_CIC_RABOX/!?sap-client=<yourclient>
Make sure that you replace all the values with in <>.
Transaction Launcher Wizard:
T-Code for launching the wizard: CRMC_UI_ACTIONWZ or go the the SPRO see the following screen shot.
In this wizard you need to define all the parameter of the transaction so that the Transaction Launcher can understand what the transaction is about. See the following screen shots for the wizard.

I’ve also set up this transaction launcher in CRM 2007. Do you know if it’s also possible to launch through the CRM ITS a R/3 transaction? On our system, I always get an error…

should be
http://:/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CRM_CIC_RABOX/!?sap-client=
Check whether service CRM_CIC_RABOX has been activated (via transaction sicf).
