Hi,
I’ve also set up this transaction launcher in CRM 2007. Do you know if it’s also possible to launch through the CRM ITS a R/3 transaction? On our system, I always get an error…

Fabian

Thanks for this info, very helpful!! I would like to add a correction:
http://:/sap/bc/gui/sap/it/CRM_CIC_RABOX/!?sap-client=
should be
http://:/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CRM_CIC_RABOX/!?sap-client=
Check whether service CRM_CIC_RABOX has been activated (via transaction sicf).
kind regards
Angelique

Question: what do I have to fill in for step “Further Technical Details” and “Activity Clipboard Integration” in the Transaction Launcher?
