SAP CRM Transaction Launcher — Launch a URL

Select define logical link and create a new logical link. See the following screen shots.

Click on the new entries and create a link. See the data in the following screen shot.

Once the link is created then we need to define a link group where we can assign this link to that group.

Select the Define Direct Link Groups and create a new entry for the link group. Now click on the assign links and add the logical link to the group. See the following screen shots.

Go to Define Profile and select your profile and click on the “Assign Direct Link Groups” sub menu and add the group id to this profile. See the following screen shot.

Now go to the T-Code CRMC_UI_PROFILE and select your business role( in this example z_utl-ic ) and click on the “Visible Direct Group Link” and make the group id that you created visible for this group. see the following screen shot.

You are done. Now launch the web-ic and click on the profile you should see the link on the left hand side nav bar.

See the following screen shot with out the link(before the navbar config).

  5. Hello,

so did you also manage to launch a transaction from the R3 with the transaction launcher?

Your documentation helped me to launch the SM30 transaction from within the SAP CRM WebUI.

    Thanks,
    Michael
